Houston needs this place.  With all the watered down, minstream shopping experiences at the Galleria, it’s nice to find a store that believes in the products and brands it carries.  Class Room is all about quality.  If anyone is familiar with popularity of tumblr and twitter’s #menswear movement, The Class Room really brings your Internet fantasies to life. Brands like Vanishing Elephant, Brooklyn Circus, Ebbets Field Flannel, Tantum, Rogue Territory, Tanner Goods, Austin Jeffries, Bridge & Burn, UNIS, and the ever-creative Mark McNairy brands (to name a few) hang from the well appointed shelves.  Many of the products are made in America. Most of the products are available in limited quantities and from a select few retailers.  You’re paying for quality. You’ll definitely stand out from the crowd in anything you purchase from The Class Room.

What sets The Class Room is the staff.  You’ll notice right away walking by and stepping inside that they are meticulous with details.  The asthetic of the space is inviting and minimalistic, focusing on the products.  You’re greeted upon entering and asked how they can help.  It’s easy to form a relationship with the staff via conversation, twitter, tumblr, email, etc.  Their online presence is far reaching.  Visiting their website you see they have a blog, twitter, tumblr, and a great web store featuring all their products.  It’s safe to say you’re taken care of with the Class Room.

Needless to say I’m singing their praises.  And I think it’s only a matter of time until the rest of Houston is doing the same.
